Prep 5 minutes
Cooks 10 minutes
- 2 Medium Eggs
- ½ tsp Cinnamon
- 1 Clementine
- 200g Flour (plain or self raising)
- 200ml Semi Skimmed Milk
- 7ml Tap Water
- 25g Butter
1.Sift the flour into your large bowl
2.Make a well in your flour, big enough to fit both of your eggs in and break the eggs into the well and mix thoroughly.
3.In a separate bowl mix your mill and water and sprinkle in the cinnamon.
4.Pour the milk mixture into the flour and eggs and mix it all together.
5.Heat the butter in a pan on a medium heat. Wait until the butter sizzles and pour in your mixture.
6.When the top of the pancakes starts to have bubbles in, turn over and cook the other side. Or why not try flipping them?
7.Serve your pancakes and squeeze the juice of your clementine over them.
