  • 2 Avocados
  • 1 Small Onion, finely chopped
  • 1 Garlic Clove, minced
  • 1 Tomato, chopped
  • 1 Lime, juiced
  • Salt and Pepper

How to:

  1. Peel and mash the avocados in a medium bowl. Stir in the onion, garlic, tomato, lime juice and salt and pepper. Season with remaining lime juice and salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Chilli for half an hour before serving. This allows the flavours to fuse together.
