Ingredients
- 2 Avocados
- 1 Small Onion, finely chopped
- 1 Garlic Clove, minced
- 1 Tomato, chopped
- 1 Lime, juiced
- Salt and Pepper
How to:
- Peel and mash the avocados in a medium bowl. Stir in the onion, garlic, tomato, lime juice and salt and pepper. Season with remaining lime juice and salt and pepper to taste.
- Chilli for half an hour before serving. This allows the flavours to fuse together.
Like it spicy?
Why not add a diced red chilli, remember to remove the seeds if you don’t want it too hot
