Q: How do I amend my order?

A: Email us at help@robertshawsfamrshop.co.uk with your order number and we can amend your order for you. You can amend your order up until the order book closes. We cannot change any orders after this date as we have ordered the items/made the items for you.

Q: How do I add to my order?

A: To order more items you will need to create a new order.

Q: Do I have to pay in full?

A: Items below £15 will need paying in full, items above £15 will need a £15 deposit per item and the rest can be paid on collection. Items paid with Paypal E-check will need to be placed one week before the order closing date, or we will have to contact you for alternative payment.

Q: What if I need to cancel my order?

A: Please email us at help@robertshawsfarmshop.co.uk with your order number before we close the orders online. We cannot refund items paid in full or deposits after this date. 

Q: What happens on collection day?

A: You'll need to bring your order confirmation with you. Visit the butchers to collect your butchery items and Deli for the Delicatessen orders. Take your items and go through the till to pay your remaining balance.

Q: What happens if an item isn't available upon collection?

A: In the unlikely instance that a product is not available we will contact you and offer a replacement or a refund.
