Christmas Orders FAQ

Email us at help@robertshawsfarmshop.co.uk with your order number and we can amend your order for you. You can amend your order up until the order book closes. We cannot change any orders after this date as we have ordered the items/made the items for you.
To order more items you will need to create a new order.
Unfortunately we are unable to refund Deposits or pre orders. We will do our best to accommodate requests but we cannot guarantee as we have to secure stock with our suppliers.
You'll need to bring your order confirmation with you. Visit the butchers to collect your butchers items and the deli for the delicatessen orders. Take your items and go through the till to pay your remaining balance.
In the unlikely instance that a product is not available we will contact you and offer a replacement or a refund.
